As project leader for significant HARLON GROUP projects, Bill Heck heads up teams
of infinitely qualified professionals. His background and experience allow him the luxury of attracting and organizing talented team members in working
with his clients.
Bill specializes in developing and designing board of director, executive,
sales and broad based compensation plans. He works with publicly and
closely held companies and their compensation committees to include food
wholesalers/retailers, manufacturing, energy and telecommunication
companies, health care systems and real estate companies in maintaining
equity incentive plans for senior executives.
His experience has been gained from contributions made to Arthur Andersen
and BKD, LLP, by helping organizations retain top talent through
effectively designed compensation and human capital plans. Bill has served
as Chief People Officer of two major national health care systems as well as
developing consulting practices with the Hay Group, an international management consulting firm.
He has consulted recently with the Naitonal Western Stock Show, United Western Bancorp, Good Times Restaurant,, Republic Financial Corporation, Paul Mueller Company, Colorado Capital Bank, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Van Gilder Insurance Corporation, Craig Hospital, Community First and West Marine, Inc..
Bill's graduate degree from the University of Colorado is in business and
human resource administration. He is an outside director of a national investment management firm.
